Shipping Policies
Innerthrive ships orders within the 50 United States via UPS or USPS. Depending on product availability, orders shipped usually arrive within 1-5 business days. Packages sent UPS will not deliver on Saturday. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. Signature may be required for delivery.

Delivery Confirmation
Because many instances may occur at your address that is beyond our control, Buyer agrees that any delivery confirmation provided by the selected carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder or purchaser, even without a signature.

Return and Cancellation Policy
• All problems with your order must be reported before the end of the next business day.
• Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.
• No unauthorized returns.
• To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, simply contact us.
• An order that is returned after is has shipped will be treated as a return.
• Returns must be approved within 30 days of receipt.
• Orders returned with RMA are subject to a 15% restocking fee
• Orders returned without RMA are subject to a 15% restocking fee + 5% research & processing fee, total 20%
• Shipping charges are not refundable in any case.
• If your merchandise is refused at the time of delivery, your order will be treated as a return upon its arrival at our warehouse.
